I ordered a personalized giant cookie for a birthday. The cookie itself was excellent, really well decorated and tasted fresh. It made a great gift. However, delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a little longer than I expected given the 'freshly baked' claim. Customer service was helpful when I inquired about tracking, so that was good. Overall, satisfied but maybe plan ahead for delivery.
